Located just an hour's bus ride north of Bangkok, Ayutthaya was the capital of the Kingdom of Siam from 1350. Today, its ruins stand as a testament to its former grandeur, forming a UNESCO World Heritage-listed historical and archaeological park, ideal for history and culture buffs.

We rented bicycles, a very pleasant way to get around the ruins.
